Nothing too much to post from me tonight. My last post took quite a bit out of me, and now I’m traveling so I’m just going to rely on that post for a few days. Happy Labor Day Weekend everyone!

Unconscious Therapy
We don’t like to talk about sadness much on this blog. Heck, we don’t even like to talk about it in real life either. And even as I start this post, I can feel that it will turn towards the brighter side somewhat quickly, because for better or worse, I am optimist. So sue me.
But in all seriousness, very few people know how to be sad or are okay with being sad for any extended period...

We don’t typically post links to other sites on this blog, we do our best to provide you with all new, original content, but this is just too amazing to pass up. Plus, it affords me a bit more time to write up something more interesting. It’s not everyday that the writing bug nips my writing hand into action. But I have a little nugget of an idea coming along. It just needs a bit more...

Lanyards from the Year 2012
Courtesy of my 9-year old friend
For those of us who grew up in the 90s, and especially if you’re a girl, this image should bring back the following sensations:
twitching sensation in your fingers as you recall the long hours hunched over in the backseat of the car or sitting on your bed braiding these plastic threads into all sorts of patterns and braids
the moment when you graduated...

Green Tea Cupcakes!
In case you didn’t know, we rarely bake in this house. It’s not because we don’t like to (because who could say no to cupcakes), but mostly because Chinese people really don’t bake that much. There are definitely certain desserts and other dishes that require baking, but for example, my grandmother’s house doesn’t even have an oven. How many grandmother’s...

I’m just dropping by to give a quick heads up that I won’t be posting for the next few days - though really, who’s keeping track since we haven’t been posting very regularly (we’re really sorry about that guys). I’m about to embark on my first ever trip to Chicago! Can’t wait!
See you on the flipside.

On Hold
Hello to our lovely followers,
Sam and I would like to apologize for our lack in posting over the last few days. It’s been a hectic couple of weeks for me, and I know that Sam is stressed beyond words at the moment with all things work related. It’s a sometimes sad fact of life that reality must exist beyond the confines of our photography and writing on this blog, but hopefully...

Happy Birthday to My Co-Blog-Author
Happy Birthday to my lovely co-founder of Reddy-Go Shoot! I know that some of you might call me out for posting this too early, but in many places of the world that you might all be reading this from, it technically already is the 7th of August. Plus, in the state where she was actually born, the midnight bells have already struck, so we’re making it official here now as well!
I hope you...

Another Post about Scrapbooking?
I’ve commenced two solid days of scrapbooking, and I’ve got ten full pages of photos, maps, and souvenirs to show for it. I’d say it’s a pretty nice rate of production this weekend, but I definitey ran into a few stumbling blocks.
But before I get there, I want to write a quick note about why I’m even documenting my scrapbook process. It’s certainly not because...

Step 3-XXX: Time to Put It All Together
I’d just like to put this out there right now before I continue on with these scrapbook posts: I have never scrapbooked before in my life. I’ve created small scrapbooks of sorts that were really journals I had written during my travels or other special experiences, and then I just added photos, ticket stubs, etc. into the notebook. But this endeavor I’m about to take on over the...
